We're happy to help in installing your purchased creative component. Please refer to our support policy for guidance on our support window and guidelines.
You may use the chat button at the bottom right to reach out. Note that you will be asked to provide the Order number and Website URL in creating a support ticket.
Please note that our components are licensed for single-use only. Hence, you will be asked to provide the URL of the page where the component is installed and this must correspond with the associated URL during your checkout.
Should you need to change the associated URL, please indicate in the ticket.
